Events & Activities

The Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce holds regular activities for members, including our Lunch for Success, Business Breakfast, and Business After Hours networking events. We also award Business Leaders and co-sponsor (with the Chelsea Standard) the Citizen of the Year/Lifetime Achievement awards.Throughout the year, we are involved in many community events. Jan 19 - Business Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Breakfast and networking event at Chelsea Comfort Inn's Village Conference Center. Pricing to follow
Jan 20 - Business after Hours at Chelsea Community Hospital Health & Wellness Center from 5-7 p.m.
Feb 18 - Annual Chelsea Chamber Members Meeting at Chelsea Comfort Inn's Village Conference Center
March 13 - Chelsea Chamber Bowling Family Fun Night, 7pm at Chelsea Lanes
March 25 - Business after Hours at Middle Square Professional Building, hosted by Owner/Landlord
Stadium Development Co. and Chamber Members' offices at 134 & 140 W. Middle St.
April 22 - Business after Hours at Las Fuentes Mexican Restaurant, 350 N. Main, Suite 200 in the Clocktower Commons from 5 - 7 pm. Come and help us kick off Cinco de Mayo !!
May 18 - Business Breakfast from 7:30 a.m to 9 a.m. at Reddeman Farms Golf Club's Restaurant
June 8 - 24th Annual Chamber Golf Outing at Reddeman Farms Golf Club.
June 23 - Business After Hours from 5 - 7pm. A progressive event held at Wags to Wiskers Pet Supplies, Goodwill Industries, UPS Store, Comtronics (Verizon, Sprint), Bulldog Computer, Nogginz Hairshop and TCF Bank.
July 19 - Chamber booth at the Ann Arbor Art Fair County Townie Party
Aug 18 - Ribbon Cutting at Holiday Inn Express at 5 p.m.
Sept 9 - Speed Networking Event with Jackson Chamber of Commerce at Chelsea Comfort Inn's Village Conference Center
Sept. 21 - Business Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Chelsea Comfort Inn's Village Conference Center
Sept. 23 - Business After Hours - Edward Jones' office of Ed McClellan,Bliss Resale shop of Nancy Harris, True North Jerky Co. & Bearclaw Coffee shops of Phil & Jennifer Tolliver, 5 - 7 p.m.
Oct 14 - Business After Hours from 5 - 7 pm at Michigan Friends Center, surrounded by the woods of Friends Lake Community on Clarks Lake Road (off of Waterloo Rd. in the Waterloo Recreation Area). Available for Conferences, retreats, and special events.
Nov 13 - Wine, Women, & Shopping Ladies Day in Chelsea 10am to 6pm. Look for the Red & White Balloons and shop until you drop.
Nov 16 - Business Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Thompson's Pizzeria
Nov 18 - Chelsea Chamber Board of Directors Retreat (location to be determined)
Dec 3, 4, 5 - Hometown Holidays (Parade on Sat. Dec. 4 at 6 pm traveling from Chelsea State Bank & Pamida parking lot north to Clocktower complex. Ending at Chelsea Teddy Bear Company for community sing & treats.
